DynaMAP™ doesn’t provide the sequence information for direct downstream functional analysis. Nonetheless, the reference genome of detected organisms can be retrieved to perform a proxy functional analysis. However, functional analysis has limitations and best complementary approach to profiling are metatranscriptomics and/or metaproteomics.

DynaMAP™ offers high taxonomic resolution down to strain/sub - species level. However, DynaMAP™doesn’t sequence individual nucleotides and can’t discriminate sequence variants who will be reported under the same strain/sub - species taxon.

The DynaMAP™ technology enables same-day microbiome profiling, delivering results within hours. However, our Microbiome Profiling Service is structured as a same-week solution. This timeline accounts for logistics, sample handling, batch processing, and quality control steps to ensure reliable results.
